Five products, five roadmaps, one brand that no longer looked like a brand. Rather than a redesign, I built the operating model behind consistency: a shared foundation layer, a governance process for exceptions, and a review cadence that caught drift before it shipped. I ran working sessions with engineering leads to ensure every design decision had a corresponding implementation path, and documented the rationale so future teams inherit the reasoning, not just the components. Design debt dropped measurably; more importantly, the teams stopped negotiating the basics.

Facing a heavily fragmented ecosystem with five distinct products and independent roadmaps, the overarching brand had lost its cohesive identity. Instead of executing a superficial visual redesign, I engineered a comprehensive operating model to enforce consistency at the structural level. This involved establishing a shared foundation layer, instituting a strict governance process to handle necessary design exceptions, and implementing a proactive review cadence designed to catch visual and structural drift long before it ever shipped to production.
To ensure this new foundation was practical and scalable, I facilitated intensive working sessions with engineering leads, guaranteeing that every design decision had a direct, viable implementation path. Beyond simply handing off UI elements, I meticulously documented the strategic rationale behind the system so that future teams would inherit the underlying reasoning, not just the components. This systemic overhaul measurably reduced organizational design debt and, most importantly, eliminated the friction of teams constantly renegotiating basic design decisions.
